Why I practice Yoga:

Yoga is not something I do; it is the lens through which I experience life. What began as movement on my mat has blossomed into a way of being—woven through every breath, every choice, every moment. I consciously follow the Yamas and Niyamas, embodying Yogic philosophy in my thoughts, words, and actions to bring my body, mind, and soul into divine alignment. Yoga is my daily compass—guiding, grounding, and uplifting me. It is my constant reminder to return home to myself. I cannot imagine life without its grace guiding my path.

 Why I Teach Yoga:

“In learning, you will teach, and in teaching, you will learn.”

Teaching yoga has allowed me to weave its wisdom into every aspect of my life. Each morning, I wake with deep gratitude for the honor of sharing these sacred practices that have transformed my own journey—and for the joy of witnessing that same transformation unfold in others.

Life is infinitely more beautiful with yoga in it. May we all remain lifelong students, continually rising into the fullest expression of ourselves—body, mind, and soul. I wholeheartedly believe that yoga has the power to enhance our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. And perhaps most beautifully of all—yoga makes us happier.
